Pillar Movement Physiotherapy
Personalised physiotherapy in Wagga Wagga, designed around you
Say Hello To Maddy
a physiotherapist born and raised in Wagga Wagga.
Growing up, I was always on the go, playing just about every sport I could. I was lucky enough to stay injury-free - until my own ACL injury in 2021. That experience challenged me both physically and mentally, and sparked a strong passion for helping others feel supported, confident, and understood throughout their recovery.
Since graduating in 2017, I’ve worked across hospitals, private practice, aged care, community health, and with NDIS participants. These experiences have shaped a well-rounded and adaptable approach to care, allowing me to support people of all ages, backgrounds, and goals.
I pride myself on creating a relaxed, supportive environment where you feel comfortable, heard, and never like just another appointment in the day.
Now back home in Wagga, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love — without overcomplicating the process.
